Workflow Builder

Design custom automation workflows with triggers, conditions, and actions. Automate repetitive tasks and ensure consistent processes.

How to Use

  1. Create New Workflow — Click "Workflow" then "Create New"
  2. Add Triggers — Choose events that trigger the workflow (ticket created, status changed, etc.)
  3. Define Actions — Add the actions that happen when triggered
  4. Test & Deploy — Test with sample data before activating
