Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Codmir account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to request account deletion:

  1. Sign in to your Codmir account at codmir.com/signin
  2. Navigate to Account Settings → Delete Account
  3. Confirm your email address and submit the deletion request
  4. Your account will enter a 200-day grace period before permanent deletion

200-Day Grace Period

After you request deletion, your account enters a 200-day grace period. During this time you can sign in and cancel the request to restore your account. After 200 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Removed:

  • Your user profile and account settings
  • All sessions and authentication tokens
  • API keys and OAuth connections
  • Personal preferences and configurations
  • Voice data and recordings
  • Private messages and direct communications

Retained (anonymized):

  • Organization-owned data (transferred to the organization)
  • Projects and tickets (ownership transferred to organization admin)
  • Comments and activity logs (anonymized)
